A few scans and some samples taken. Very quickly Sarah is told that it's cancer. Obvious signs of calcification in the milk ducts and "that lump" clear from the pictures she's shown.
Now we're scared. Sarah's grandmother died from breast cancer when Margaret (Sarah's mother) was about 14. Although it turns out all the consultants we've now seen have said that a grandparents are considered a distant relative where gene's are concerned.
